Preparation
Serving size: 4
Ingredients:
Any pasta (100gms or 1 cup)
Bolognese sauce or meat of choice -1 cup
Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
Curry powder/ Thai curry powder – 1 teaspoon
Thick coconut paste – ½ cup
Thin coconut milk – 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil to fry – 2 tablespoons
Procedure:
- Make the pasta as per instruction, but take out 1 min earlier.
- In a pan, pour out some oil and add some garlic powder, bolognese sauce and cook for a min.
- Add the pasta, curry powder, thin coconut milk and cook for a few minutes.
- Add in some coconut paste and simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with cheese and other garnishings of your choice.
