Serving size: 4


Any pasta (100gms or 1 cup)

Bolognese sauce or meat of choice -1 cup

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Curry powder/ Thai curry powder – 1 teaspoon

Thick coconut paste – ¬Ĺ cup

Thin coconut milk – 2 cups

Salt to taste

Oil to fry – 2 tablespoons


  1. Make the pasta as per instruction, but take out 1 min earlier.
  2. In a pan, pour out some oil and add some garlic powder, bolognese sauce and cook for a min.
  3. Add the pasta, curry powder, thin coconut milk and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add in some coconut paste and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with cheese and other garnishings of your choice.
